Topics of mental health and well-being were discussed, with the participation of two businesswomen, Verónica Gutgar and Mafer Garza, chef of “Taquería Polanco & co”, a psychologist and sexologist, Betzis Anciani, a digital coach, Miriam Barajas, and Ana Paola, president of the association “Leyendas de México”.

The guests’ professionalism and work experiences led to an exploration of what work change entails, and the tools to overcome it with serenity. It also enabled them to discuss these changes and how to accept them, highlighting the importance of the professional and personal environment in this situation.

For Verónica Gutgar, these international meetings foster the improvement of the work environment, and create a new vision of teamwork. They also offer her the opportunity to share values with other women through her personal experience, encouraging a better understanding of themselves.
